It’s finally being served! Come get our Animal Circus ice cream while it lasts!
It may be winter, but our ice cream makers are still at it almost every day!
We thought we’d share a bit of the ice cream process today. Our ice cream comes out of the machine at 27 degrees. It’s then stored in our deep freezer at -20 degrees for a minimum of 8 hours. Then when it’s time to use it, we start tempering it by putting it in another freezer that’s at zero degrees. From there, it goes into our dipping cabinets which are at 10 degrees. Now the ice cream is soft enough that we can serve it to all of you!

It’s been a while but Quad Shot Caramel is back! Coffee, ground coffee beans and a swirl of caramel make this ice cream flavor a coffee lovers dream.
Going all out with a shake by adding extra toppings, whipped cream and a cherry. #ohboy! Is there any other way to do it?! We don’t think so.

We’re now serving a special that is loved by many, Caramel Waffle! It’s our Salted Caramel ice cream with chocolate covered waffle cone pieces. #ohboy! This one always sells out fast. Make sure to stop by the Missoula shop sooner than later to get this one!
