If you are on Facebook, please become a fan of Big Dipper. A local high school kid created a fan page and it's really taken off. The page has been a great way for us to get flavor ideas, feedback and other ideas. We're hoping to have contests, polls and special offers through this page. Other than the craziness of Facebook, Big Dipper is busier than ever cranking out the ice cream. We're looking forward to a great summer with the best crew we've ever had. Meredith Turner has rounded out our management team in making things run real smoothly in the evenings and keeping the line moving along. Bryan Hickey our general manager has been with us for almost 10 years and makes sure the entire operation is running perfectly. We're currently churning out over 800 gallons of ice cream a week! Thanks for checking in! We finally got our new freezer and fridge running. It only took 6 months to get that project done! With the bigger fridge and freezer we will be able to handle more wholesale business including adding more grocery stores. The fridge will also allow us to keep more interesting ingredients on hand for special flavors. We got a little off track with our end of the month specials, but we've still been cranking out some great flavors. To name a few, we've had Chipotle Chocolate, Lemon Mint sorbet, Flathead Cherry and Coconut Lemon Curry. Stop in and see what's new and please send your requests this way. Enjoy the Spring! |
